These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://willcos.us (the "Site") operated by Williamson Consulting Services. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Separate written agreements govern paid consulting engagements; these Terms apply to the website only.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it in violation of robots.txt or applicable law, or use it to transmit malware or unlawful content.

Analytics, cookies, and marketing measurement

The Site may use analytics and advertising measurement technologies so we can understand how our marketing activities and campaigns perform (for example, conferences, business cards, blog posts, social posts, QR codes, and paid or social ads). Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILLIAMSON CONSULTING SERVICES AND ITS OWNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR SITE-RELATED SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Williamson Consulting Services from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes relating to these Terms or the Site shall be state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The effective date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
