Why Williamson Consulting Services?
Engineering depth and business judgment on every engagement.
01 Proven Results
Solutions that have cut system downtime from days to minutes and saved over 1,300 engineering hours on a single project.
02 Systems-Thinking Approach
I don't just fix one bug; I analyze how the pieces connect and build fixes that hold up after I leave.
03 Founder's Mentality
As a business owner myself, I am focused on practical, cost-effective outcomes that match what you are trying to accomplish.
How I Drive Value for Your Business
I am a hands-on bridge between business and engineering for organizations up to 300 people. Reach out when strategy and delivery are stuck; look elsewhere for a ticket queue or strategy-only work.
A Swiss army knife you can drop into a project — I learn what you already run, align with your goals, and get it done. From low-code and platform customization through custom web builds, with desktop and embedded paths when the work calls for them. Web-native tech is my focus; mobile-native (iOS/Android) is outside my usual scope.
Eliminate Manual Work. Custom automation and tooling that cut hours and errors — wired into the workflows and systems your team already depends on.
Eliminate Manual Work
Custom automation and tooling that cut hours and errors — wired into the workflows and systems your team already depends on.
- Automation that saved 1,300+ engineering hours on one engagement
- Custom process builders replacing spreadsheet workflows
- Integrations across the tools your team already uses
Ship Products Faster & Safer
Delivery and DevOps practices that raise confidence and improve cycle time — on inherited codebases, greenfield work, or stacks I am picking up fresh.
- Post-MVP stabilization — cycle time improved, error rate down
- DevOps guardrails where shipping had been manual and fragile
- Unfamiliar codebase — production-quality contribution in the first week
From Low-Code to Custom Build
Judgment across the build spectrum — launch fast on low-code, customize heavily on what you already pay for, or stand up a custom web stack when off-the-shelf stops scaling. Desktop and embedded-to-production work when the problem is not browser-shaped.
- Low-code site or workflow when speed beats a from-scratch build
- Deep customization on the platform your team already runs
- Custom web or desktop tooling — plus embedded firmware through production ops
Improve Team Efficiency
Documentation, process design, and data ops that help teams onboard and stay aligned — durable enough to outlast one vendor or toolchain.
- Runbooks and documentation teams actually use
- Organizational data administration
- Process design that survives tool and platform changes

Connect on LinkedInThe Person Behind the Practice
I founded Williamson Consulting Services in 2014 because I wanted to work directly with leaders at organizations who need a trusted technical partner — not a ticket queue. Whether you are modernizing a Shopify store, untangling operational data, or automating a process that is eating your team's week, I show up as someone who listens first and builds second.
Before consulting full-time, I spent years in environments where failure was not an option: at BPMI, coordinating technical specifications across 60+ stakeholders for the U.S. Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP); leading DevOps for lunar logistics at Astrobotic; and supporting embedded software in the aerospace sector. That work taught me how to deliver calmly when the stakes are high and the schedule is unforgiving.
I am a member of IEEE-Eta Kappa Nu (IEEE-HKN), the honor society of IEEE, and hold a B.S.E. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh — where I also served as president of the Beta Delta chapter. HKN's emphasis on character, scholarship, and service still shapes how I approach every client relationship.
Today I bring that same rigor to organizations up to 300 people: bridging business goals and engineering execution, getting teams unstuck, and shipping what matters — with platforms and documentation your team can rely on long after a project wraps.
